for Youth Events

At Horndean Baptist Church, we greatly value our children and young people. Our aim is to support them as they grow and develop in their faith.

We would like to encourage young people from our church family to attend Christian holiday camps, residentials and events so they can benefit from the teaching, worship, positive activities and the time spent with other Christian young people, in a supportive environment as they work out their own faith.

The cost of these events can sometimes be a barrier to those who might want to attend. As a church, we are therefore offering bursaries for all young people who are part of our church family, to encourage and enable them to attend.

We invite families to apply for this funding, so please complete the form below to give details of the event you would like your young person to attend. Once this form is submitted, the application will be reviewed by two members of the HBC Leadership Team to check it fits our guidelines. They will contact you to confirm the outcome of this review.  If you have any questions, please don't hestitate to get in touch with one of the Leaders who will be happy to discuss this with you.
